1. Completing Lease Paperwork

2. Collecting Rent Payments

At Authority Property Management, we understand the importance of timely rent payments. That’s why we have measures in place to ensure your tenants pay rent on time, every time. 
One of these measures is sending automatic reminders to tenants who are late in paying rent. We remind tenants that their rent has fallen due and is unpaid. Usually, the reminder is enough, and the tenants will act accordingly and pay the due rent plus any fees.
Another measure we have in place is providing our tenants with easy and convenient rent payment channels. Among the payment options is the choice to pay online. It is fast, easy and secure. 

3. Showing Apartments to Prospective Tenants

Authority PM can also show your property to potential tenants. We showcase the best of what your apartment has to offer. 
When showcasing a unit, our staff always makes sure to be kind, helpful and professional. We greet prospective renters warmly and ensure they are comfortable and treated respectfully. 
What’s more, we also use this opportunity to get to know the applicant better by asking pre-screening questions, such as:
• How many people will be living with you?
• Do you have a pet?
• Have you ever been evicted? If so, why?
• Do you have a criminal record? If so, what was it about?
• When do you intend to move in?
• How much income do you make per month?
Asking such questions helps us save time on tenants that wouldn’t otherwise pass our screening process.

4. Ensuring Facilities Meet State Safety Codes

At Authority Property Management, we understand the importance of keeping an apartment well taken care of. Basically, this means a couple of things. First, it keeps tenants happy. Quality tenants appreciate quality living standards. In turn, this reduces tenant turnover rates.
