Inside the front door, you have the living room and the kitchen straight ahead. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator included with no warranty. To the right, you have two bedrooms and a bath. We welcome pets with an additional $50/month added to the rent for each pet. The shed is not included. A one-year lease is required. Liability insurance is required, although renter's insurance is recommended.
