Three-bedroom, two-bath homes continue to be one of the most sought-after property types, leasing quickly when they're clean, well-maintained, and competitively priced.

June was another active month for our team:

• 994 units managed
• 204 rental applications received
• 89 leases sent
• 121 property inspections completed
• 572 maintenance work orders coordinated
• 824 online rent payments processed
• More than $1.28 million was collected online for our owners.

The takeaway is simple: professionally managed, well-maintained homes continue to perform exceptionally well in today's market.

According to Josh Barker's latest Shasta County market update, higher mortgage rates continue to influence buyer decisions, but the local housing market remains resilient. Inventory has improved, mortgage rates have remained relatively stable, and buyers continue to purchase homes that are priced correctly and move-in ready.

We're also seeing something interesting happen in the investment market. More investors are beginning to make offers as opportunities present themselves.
